Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • Free of damage

To initiate a return, please contact us using the information below.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, customized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

This includes:

  • Items with custom names or numbers

  • Personalized designs or modifications

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may return the item and place a new order.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After this time, orders may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
